ORDER PROCESSING

We strive to process and fulfill orders within 1-3 business days after receiving payment and verification. Shipping times indicated at checkout are in addition to  processing and fulfillment. 

ORDER PICKUP

Our pickup location is downtown Toronto. You can expect a 24-48 hour turnaround time for pickup orders. Please Look out for an email confirming fulfillment and indicating a pickup day and time. 

SHIPPING

Presently, our delivery regions include Canada and the U.S. (excluding army bases and PO boxes). Orders over $100 ship free 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Canada: approximately 2 to 3 business days once fulfillment is complete. 

USA: approximately 3 to 4 business days once fulfillment is complete. 

NOTE: Shipments to USA may incur additional customs fees, duties or taxes (based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size). We do not take responsibility for  these fees.
